This is definitely a great tool to use in your sales campaign. In addition, this technology are also a handy tool to view the renovation transformation of your property.

We provide this service to all Lotus Yuen ‘s clients to use in their sales campaign. This allows the property listing for potential buyers to view and engage with your property without even stepping foot inside the door yet! Particularly, for some oversee buyers,  they do not need to be here.  View the property online, and discussed with their buyer Agents to proceed on the purchase.    In addition, if the property is tenanted,  we can minimize the impact to open every time.  Instead of arranging tenant every time,  we can show the potential clients to view first.  Then, we just open to show for serious buyers only.    It gives buyers a great idea of what the property entails, and can provide far more detail than just photos, bringing those buyers through the door!
