Oslo at SFU in North Burnaby is the latest project by Eighth Avenue Development. It is currently under construction at the corner of Tower Road and University Crescent, as part of Phase 4 of the UniverCity master-planned community. This will be the southern extent of residential development at Simon Fraser University. Consisting of two woodframe mid-rise buildings, Oslo features a diverse collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom condominiums, lofts, and townhomes. Interiors are a synthesis of simplicity, functionality, sustainability, and livability inspired by Scandinavian design principles.
