After years of planning, Lougheed Shopping Centre is about to go through a $7 Billion major rejuvenation and expansion. Over the next 20 years, the 40 acres in this prime Burnaby location bordering Coquitlam (effectively known as Burquitlam) will soon be home to 23 new towers in a master planned community which includes thousands of new homes, as well as over 300 new shops, and restaurants.
The City of Lougheed – Neighbourhood One developed by Shape Properties is the first phase of this master-plan. This new condo development is currently under construction at 9850 Austin Road, Burnaby. Sizes range from 547 to 1249 square feet.

The carefully designed streets will consist of lush green walkable boulevards, endless supply of shops, cafes, and restaurants. These new shops and restaurants will form one side of the Main Boulevard – the future tree-lined main street through The City of Lougheed’s heart.
Tower ONE is selling now. Sales for available units range in price from $776,900 to over $1,530,900. The development is scheduled for completion in 2023.
